Every start-up wants to grow. Its technology has to be ready when it does.
On 2 October, CL8 welcomed a group of investors to its data centre in Limassol for a closer look at what keeps a digital business running. Arranged in collaboration with AAlchemy and Founder Institute Cyprus, the visit included a tour of the facilities and a presentation of CL8’s services, followed by a private meeting.
For guests used to considering a business’s potential, the visit offered a different perspective: the infrastructure behind its delivery. Cloud capacity, data protection and business continuity may rarely feature in a founder’s opening pitch, but they become very real priorities as customers, transactions and expectations grow.
Later that evening, CL8 supported a start-up event at Totalserve House, where founders, investors and mentors discussed building businesses and the growing role of AI.
Speakers included Kamal Hassan of Loyal VC, Dimitris Economou of MyStudentFlat, Litsa Kountouridou of the Research and Innovation Foundation, and Andrey Kostyuk, local director of Founder Institute Cyprus. Totalserve also presented its Start-up Launchpad and the practical support it offers early-stage businesses.
For CL8, it was an opportunity to show the facilities, meet the people behind new ventures and contribute to a conversation about what those businesses will need as they grow.
CL8 thanks its partners, speakers and everyone who joined.
