CL8 will participate as sponsor and speaker at the IBSCY Hellas event “Digital Transformation: Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and Disaster Recovery”. Organised for the second consecutive year, the event is addressed to IT professionals and senior business executives, including CEOs, CIOs and COOs, and will focus on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and operational resilience. The programme includes presentations and discussion sessions involving IBSCY Hellas, Microsoft, Fortinet, GCC and CloudLayer8, as well as a presentation by HappyOnline.
Representing CL8, Commercial Manager Aristos Andreou will deliver a presentation titled “Data Resiliency and Business Continuity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence – Why Geographic Distance Matters More Than Ever.” His session will examine disaster recovery, business continuity and the role of geographic separation in modern resilience planning. It will also highlight how organisations in Greece can strengthen continuity planning by using independent infrastructure in Cyprus for disaster recovery and resilience purposes.
The event will take place on 23 April 2026, from 17:00 to 20:30, at The Black Duck in Athens, and will be conducted in Greek.
